The solution included Linghein LSH Oil-Cooled Permanent Magnet Compressors, featuring Atlas Copco screw air-ends with optimized rotors for higher airflow and lower energy consumption. The IE5-rated, integrated oil-cooled PM motors use samarium-cobalt magnets, capable of operating at temperatures up to 350°C. Large finned high-efficiency coolers with dedicated fans maintain lower, more stable temperatures for extended performance.
Complementing the compressors, Linghein HDF/HDP Series Refrigerated Air Dryers incorporate imported brand compressors to ensure stable operation. The next-generation condensing system delivers superior heat dissipation in a compact footprint. All models undergo extreme-condition testing, ensuring enhanced adaptability and long service life with minimal vibration and mechanical fatigue.
