The production of Chinese liquor involves multiple stages—from alcohol fermentation, starch saccharification to distillation, raw material processing, aging, blending, and packaging—all relying on clean, stable compressed air. Early this year, Linghein successfully supported a liquor manufacturer with capacity expansion and energy-saving upgrades.

Food safety is paramount in liquor production, and manufacturers rigorously control risks throughout every process. During the project’s initial phase, Linghein conducted detailed assessments of the production workflow to ensure all critical steps were properly supported.

During blending and flavoring, compressed air powers the stirring systems, coming into direct contact with the liquor, making air quality essential. In packaging, compressed air drives labeling, coding, and automated bottling lines, while also powering dust removal equipment to maintain a clean production environment.

Drawing on extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, Linghein delivered the oil-free compressed air solution LSW series to the factory, safeguarding both product quality and green production standards. By March, after system installation and validation, Linghein’s service team conducted on-site start-up guidance, maintenance training, and a face-to-face technical workshop, addressing all client questions in detail to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
